Bay Area Learning Circle: A Conversation on Leadership and Race, we have decided to plan a follow-up meeting to continue to explore ideas and questions relevant to the topic.

Connect leadership development to racial justice work - bring a race conscious lens to what already exists.- The group agreed to expand the list of who else to invite to the next convening. Who is not in the room? Why? How can we change that?
- Design the next meeting with participant engagement integrated into the design.
- Racial justice framework - what are the assumptions brought to the work?
- Provide an overview and introductory piece.
