LNE offers room for everyone in the leadership development field to collaborate in the way that makes sense to them. Here are a couple of ways of engaging with LNE:
Initial Engagement
  • Share research: Post reports, articles, and things you have written to the topic pages.
  • Connect: Pull out ideas, concepts, contributions from your work that relate to a particular theme.
  • Outreach: Identify and invite the participation of others who have knowledge related to the themes.
Ongoing Engagement
  • Conceptual Framing: Create categories and an organizational framework to help synthesize and develop knowledge in a specific topic area.
  • Convening: Convene a meeting of participants to test out frameworks and early synthesis.
  • Commenting: Comment on synthesis pieces to deepen them for publication.
Sustained Commitment
  • Content Development: Extract, organize and begin to synthesize knowledge.
  • Writing: Begin the writing and create new content based on collaborative learning.
  • Funding: Support the entire initiative and/or individual areas of work (i.e. leadership and race).
