A. Tour of the collaborative work space
- How can we use the workspace to collect resources and also build existing resources?
- What kinds of incentives can we create for contributors?
- How should we (can we) use other websites that collect resources and have a following on the topics that we are exploring (e.g. Leadership Networks or Racial Equity Tools)?
B. Product Development
What set of questions should each publication seek to answer as a template for of the Leadership for a New Era publications?

1. Why is change in our thinking and practice on this topic needed now (cite statistics, research, scans to make a strong case for change)?
2. What needs to change and what difference would those changes make?
Design
3. What approaches/tools/resources will move leadership work in the desired direction?
4. What design advice can be given on this topic to those who cultivate and support leadership?
Evaluation
5. How will we know if these approaches are helping us move us toward increased social equity?
6. What outcomes related to this topic can/should be documented and measured to monitor progress and impact?
