Natalia introduced group to new Leadership for a New Era workspace and walked everyone through the various sections, links and functions, and how to use and edit them. New system integrates many of the other individual functionalities. Anyone can join - do not need to be invited, but we have the capability to "ban." Claire said one of things we are trying to do with this project is to encourage participation and this space lends itself quite well to that.B. Sally asked how we imagine it will be used? Claire responded, encourage participation and contribution, initially - and down the line, encourage collaborative writing. How do we begin to narrow down and focus the contributions we are looking for? When ask for contributions in terms of resources and focus - create a framework.
