Leading Edge Promising Practices in Leadership Development

I just did a blog post that shares some thinking and learning about "Leading Edge Promising Practices in Leadership Development. We originally pulled this together for a project that we were working on with the Packard Foundation. Our intention had been to create an interactive platform where people could contribute their own stories and experiences with using these different approaches and adding others as well. I think this idea might be one that we could take up through the Learning Initiative. What ideas do you have about how we might use a document like this to create a learning platform that others could contribute to?
