What's your leadership hypothesis or value propositon?

Do you have a hypothesis or value proposition that guides your leadership practice? We believe that if we collect and organize our hypotheses we will have a valuable field level resource to organize collective learning about leadership practice. Can you contribute to this resource? Keep posted over the next several months for increased focus on emergent learning and evidence-based practice. Do you find this valuable?

Aligning the development of individual leaders with the development of larger systems is essential. Doing one or the other is insuffcient. Establishing points of connection and articulating points of divergence is part of leadership development.
In addition to developing self-awarenes - developing other-awareness and context-awareness is critical for leaders today.
